Our first nurse for 4 hours was wonderful and helpful. The second nurse arrived at 8pm. My husband was over 6ft tall and was bed bound on Hospice. Right away she told us that she couldn't lift that much and that is what we needed her help with the most. So she was of no help. I'm surprised a nurse, who I'm assuming knew about the patient, who couldn't turn or lift would be assigned to a patient who needed that. My husband passed away at 10pm, so she only stayed for 2 hours. The complaint I have is: I waited a long time for my reimbursement of pre payment and then when I did receive it, the check was made out to my Husband, who had passed away, instead of me. My name was on everything the agency had, so I don't understand why they would not use my name for the reimbursement.
