What we like the most about Home Instead is the flexibility of the schedule, especially when my Mom was in and out of the hospital/rehab. The ladies adjusted to my Mom's needs in daily chores, making food, and keeping her comfortable in her home, so she could stay at home. Meant a lot to her and to the family.

We were lucky with our caregiver. She was great! I would recommend their services to others looking for home care.

The representative came to my parents' house. My dad likes his caretaker, but it was made clear to us that if the relationship did not work out, they would send other people until we found one he liked. We lucked out that he liked the first one.

What we like the most about HomeWell Care Services is the freedom it gave me to spend time with my husband during his last days. They even helped me with laundry. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families. During a difficult time HomeWell Care helped me bring my husband, [name removed], home from the hospital. The doctor said he needed 24 hour care and not by me. I don't regret anything except his ultimate death. I'm so grateful for the time I was able to spend with him at the end.

5 for all & any issues get resolved & they all work hard to make sure care is priority! It is some times struggle if a caregiver is off for illness to cover but I think that is staffing anywhere! The owner is always available if needed for support.

[name removed] is excellent. If there was an issue with an aide or scheduling etc... she fixed it. She is amazing. I cannot say enough good things about her. She personally works with you to find the best care for your loved one. Caregivers all have their own personalities ad are compassionate. Overall the experience was very positive. I would use them again if needed.

Some things that I most liked about Seniors Helping Seniors was how kind, compassionate, caring and easy to talk to their staff were. The caregiver that was matched up with my mom seemed like a perfect fit, (even though I never got to meet her caregiver in person). Since I was a long distance from my mom, they were also great at communicating with me any issues or concerns they had via a phone call or email. I particularly liked how they used what they called a "Family Living Room" portal, where I could log in and see all comments that her caregiver had made for that day and a checklist too. It gave me a sense of knowing how Mom was doing even though I was over 400 miles away. When my mom moved to a senior care facility, I no longer received this kind of regular communication that I received from Seniors Helping Seniors.

My Grandma was always a person that took care of herself and her home. It saddens me to know that she's not able to do those things for herself anymore. I have never seen my Grandma room out of control like I did this past week. My plans were to spend the weekend with her do laundryand clean her room. God has shined on us with an amazing HHA her name is [name removed]and she likes her , you have to have a good spirit to vibe with my Granny cause she can sense those bad vibes a block away. I employed by a certain hospital and will put in some reviews when an agency is recommended. Everything looks clean and orderly and I will definitely make sure that she doesn't have another fit and tear that room up like that. Now I can plan something else for us to do together this weekend. Some staff just qualify as sitters, and time billed had some inaccuracy. Providers have all been kind, professional, and punctual.

Universal Senior Care is a service which provides in home care. Our Aid is [name removed], she comes 3 days a week. We like her a lot and my dad really likes her. He is willing to let her help and not fight about getting a shower. Her help allows us to keep my dad in his own home as long as possible. The service is local and the Director [name removed] is a joy to work with. I hope that helps!

They really came through, I had both mother in law and wife in hospital, and mother in being released, I couldn't take care I needed help and this organization really came through. They fed her and care for her while my loving wife was in hospital. They were a godsend. I couldn't have gotten through with out their help, this was right after the hurricane, I was in a real pickle

i know some of admins and staff as a result of working with Hospice of South GA. they are highly qualified, caring, compassionate and capable people. Caregivers are well trained.
