They are Awesome!
Amada has been fantastic so far. They help our mom 5 days per week with showers and making sure she doesn’t fall. They also makes sure the house is super clean. [name removed] always shows up on time. We could not be happier.

Have Parkinson’s and needed help with laundry and light cleaning. When first started I was not able to drive to excerise classes. For a small fee they will use their car or they can use your car and no fee. They will take you to doctor appointments or where ever.

Wrong person for the job
The lady they sent out to take care of my wife for a weekend was not physically able to perform the daily routine we follow. She could not walk my wife around the house and reverted to the wheelchair, which was fine except she could not move her from the wheelchair to the bed and had to call my son-in-law to get her in bed. On the plus side, though my wife stayed in the bed ,she was kept fed , clean and dry

Frequently Asked Questions
about Amada Senior Care of Austin, TX

A Place for Mom has scored Amada Senior Care of Austin, TX 8 out of 10 using our proprietary review score.

We assign review scores to give a more reliable view into senior living communities and home care agencies. Our review scores prioritize reviews that are recent — the past 24 months — because we know families need current information when choosing senior care.

Those with many recent, positive reviews receive a high review score, while providers with few recent reviews — regardless of how positive — receive a lower review score. Communities with no recent reviews will not have a review score, even if older reviews are positive. The maximum A Place for Mom review score a community can receive is 10 points.
