My father loves it here. He is enjoying all of the outings, they took the residents to see the lights at the park. They have a nice restaurant there with great food and a lot of arts and crafts activities. The place is beautiful and very clean. He's been in other communities before and he finally says he has found one that he can call home. When I have eaten with him, a lot of the other residents here have also said that they have moved from other communities and they are happy here.

I was connected to Provision Living St. Louis Hills through a Place for Mom. When I called, I was in a panic about figuring out how to get my daddy the help that he needed. I have them my specifications and found Provision Living to be the best choice in all categories! My daddy, and our entire family felt welcomed and at home not only by the caring and friendly staff, but also by the friendliness of the other residents. After a week or so, the staff and residents not only knew my daddy, but they knew his family and grandchildren. I would recommend Provision Living to anyone who was looking for top care for their loved one!

This was very good for my husband. However his stay was short as his Alzheimer's disease progressed rapidly with complications and he died on July 23, 2014. I was very pleased with this facility. Now interested in Independent Living

Our mother is in the memory care unit. Whenever we visit, she is dressed well, her bed made, etc. She cannot do these things by herself any longer. All of the staff is friendly and she always eats all of her meals. Says the food is good. Her room is a great size compared to other places we visited. We think it is a very nice place.

After two weeks of Mom living in the Memory Unit at Provision Living, we are very impressed with the professionalism and loving care she is receiving. The staff are considerate and go out of their way to help the residents. They report that she interacts with them and is settling into her life there. We are very grateful for this new home for Mom.

This is a very nice place! The staff are friendly, and very attentive. They've got all kinds of activities and outings to keep everyone entertained, and my loved one really liked the food! If I could give them higher than a 5 for value I would!

It's not infrequent that the main elevator has one side that is broken down; older furnishings; worn carpets; minor repairs in family member's room needing repair by family members. The cleaning staff work very hard; maybe short staffed. The staff are all so very friendly from housekeeping, maintenance, front door staff, to direct patient care; they all went out of their way to help mom as well as family to settle in; they addressed her by her name immediately; always greet me when I am there; they are so helpful with any needs. I believe mom is getting good quality of care especially from [name removed] the Director/RN, PT/OT staff and the nursing assistants and med techs. My mom states she loves the food; dining staff are all friendly and attentive. My mom does not really participate in activities; but I know they are happening all throughout the day; she does go down to the weekly beauty shop to get her hair done. I believe that mom is getting good value for the money she is paying; she is getting good care in a friendly welcoming environment; and this is something she can afford on her monthly income; I am so grateful that we found St Louis Hills for mom; and I would recommend this facility to other family members and friends who are needing care for their loved one.

My mother has lived here since June and I’m pleased with the care overall. The facility is clean and nicely decorated. The staff is kind, friendly, and attentive. They have fun activities for the residents, like Friday happy hour with live music, My only complaint is that they’re a little slow to respond when it comes to repairs at times. But aside from that, I feel my mother is well cared for and happy.

In reference to the staff, they are great loving and caring. However staff turnover is a lot The food is based on each individual taste I will tell you it's getting better because my mother is gaining weight!

Beautiful facility. One-time medication issue, but otherwise very good. Rated lower on dining because of resident disappointment with lack of meal variety. We picked this community because of the availability on short notice and excellent location.

I loved that they care very much about each individual in the space. It's apparent that leadership cares very much about their team, we've not had another facility with so little turnover and were people appear to be happy to work. The one thing I didn't love, they hired someone who was not great at redirecting folks in memory care. And after year of my mother being fine with every other worker, she started becoming aggressive with this one worker. When it was raised as a problem I spoke to the director about whether that person was on the right floor in memory care and she assured me that this person was well trained. However my mother became aggressive towards her and was kicked out of the facility. When we went to collect her things some of the other workers told me exactly what I had thought that this woman was trying to force my mother to do things she didn't want to do and was not well trained at guiding someone versus demanding for patients and memory care. Honestly, I wish we could take my mother back there. It was not a posh facility but the people were so caring and my mother was so well taken care of that we really loved having her there.

We really like that the Anthology of Clayton View community is smaller and based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend them to other families who are looking for a place for their loved ones. We actually also have recommend the Chesterfield location.

My loved one is currently a resident at Anthology of Clayton View. The location of the facility is great. However, there's too much turnover and not enough staff. I will be moving my loved one to a different facility in a couple of months.

Staff was so very friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately with my dad's diabetes and declining health, they were unable to maintain his level of care and we needed to move him to an assisted living facility for hospice. If it wasn't for his level of care increasing, I believe he'd still reside there.

Like most places these days, they are sometimes understaffed and have a noticeable turn over rate. Probably better pay would be beneficial to make employees stay longer. Although most of the employees there do seem to be in a good mood most of the time.

The overall experience is really good. The staff is very friendly and treat my mom very well. They are also very approachable when there are issues and work to solve them. Lots of activities. I love the facility. It is so clean and fresh looking. I would have given them a 5/5, but corporate fired the previous chef. My mom and several other residents loved that chef. They tell me the food now is really bad and the chef pushes them to eat early and finish fast so he can leave. Anthology also is understaffed at times, but I figure that is happening everywhere. So, for me, it is acceptable. But someone who expects them to show up within 10 minutes at every call should try to find that elsewhere. Overall, I really like Anthology.

Like all places, they have their advantages and disadvantages. You just have to weigh that based on your family's needs. I thought it was a good place overall - I liked the casualness of it. There were a lot of activities and people out and about. We looked at both assisted living and memory care, and I as not as impressed with their memory care unit. It just didn’t feel very welcoming or friendly. The size of units was very small, which in hindsight after choosing a community with larger rooms where everyone just stayed in their rooms, was probably why people got out their rooms and socialized more at St. Louis Hills. So there's definitely a trade off in terms of space and preventing isolation. But it was a very affordable option. If we had more cost constraints, we probably would have much more seriously considered St. Louis Hills.
It's a good place. I think my parents have had a hard time trying to figure out how to get involved, which is partly their fault. But it has been a good experience overall. I like the staff there. They're very approachable, and I've been happy with the care they provide.

My mother loved her short stay. Most staff was friendly 'experience'. The previous Executive Director couldn't handle the facility so too many things fall between the cracks. My mom's experience was good but from my perception no so much.
