Maintenance is very responsive. The staff are all very friendly and accommodating. Move in was a struggle with various nuisance things like cable/wifi connection. The is a distinct lack of leadership. The director is not accessible to the residents and it seems, from the outside looking in, not to the staff either. There have been multiple instances were the right doesn't know what the left hand is doing. Both my mother and I have had and have long careers in the business world. This facility is lacking leadership, organization, communication, and is poorly run. One strong suggestion is a list of move in instructions. Contact information, who is responsible for what services, when is the trash pick up, cable/wifi connection, etc. One comprehensive list of general need to know facts when you move in to a new place. This would make it easier on the staff as well as they would not have to take time out of their day to answer continuous questions. It is a good place. It just needs some organizational and management/operational upgrades.
