It has made quite a difference in my opinion. My only complaint is the laundry being put in various places but I’m sure my husband is responsible for the problem. I’m sure the staff do the best they can. I wish I could eliminate the smell in his room. However, once I visited the facility and noted its cleanliness and nice furnishings, I felt reassured it was the the right place for her. I have been reassured over and over again of this not only due to the facility itself. Indeed, the primary reason is due to the hearts of all the staff. Residents truly become part of an extended family with staff going above and beyond to show loving and kindness to the residents.
