My daughter is helping to clean, change her colostomy bag, etc.When my mom first moved in there-a year ago, they said they would help with the colostomy bag, 3 months later, they said they wouldn't, so I had to figure it out. My mother was kept in her room 24/7 with only the nurse passing meds and meals brought to her. She was too weak to feed herself and could not go to the bathroom by herself. She would call me at my home and I'd have to call Kentridge to get help to her. They were understaffed and couldn't go in and visit her for a few minutes. I feel that if they had more staff they could have taken better care of her (her call button didn't work while she was there). I would only recommend this facility if they had more staff. The dining room and menus looked great and so did the games/activities. Bad thing is, my mother didn't get to use anything.
