We have a facility rn who will answer his personal phone night or day for any questions you might have as a med tech. We have an executive director who works 5 to 6 days a week and she doesn't stay in her office either. Throughout shift we will see her walking the floor and making sure the facility is flowing. We have a kind and courteous receptionist and all our med techs are fully trained. Just an example of ways I have seen staff go above and beyond is when our executive director door dashed eggs to the facility for me to scramble for a resident. This was after hours when kitchen closed down and I am a med tech. She paid for this out of her own pocket. She herself was driving in the ice storm we had to get employees to work not just so we had staff.
