The move in process was fine, no issues. My loved one doesn't complain about the meals, but they don't serve anything that I personally would eat. It is frozen dinner type of quality. The activities seem inconsistent at times. My loved one finds them mostly boring. The health aides are marvelous, dealing with accidents and messes. They are angels. This is a Memory Care facility and my loved one finds herself bored and trapped in a small space. It would be nice if this facility had outings for the more capable residents on the Memory Care side. I enjoy interacting with the friendly staff and they truly seem to care for my loved one and all of the other residents.
