Spoke with [name removed] on [date removed] - they are more suited for personal care, cleaning services and not really skilled on the health care side which we would also need. Will revisit this provider if we get to a point of thinking about trying to move mom back home.

Beware
Primary Home Care has provided in home services for a close relative - until today. A long term caregiver recently admitted that she has had BED BUGS in her home for over a year and has not had them professionally treated. Now, my relative has them in her home and we are paying over $800 to have them removed. Primary knows about the issue and yet their employee continues to work in 3 to 4 other homes in the area and Primary is o.k. with this because, in their words, "they could have come from anywhere." They are indifferent to the bite marks on my mother in laws arms and back and seem to care less about the ongoing risk that their employee poses to other clients. Especially those who cannot help themselves.
