But overall the price was actually better than most other places that we looked at. It is a bit older but they are about to remodel. They turn over the rooms beautifully before new residents move in. They have a nice outdoor space off of the apartments. There are heating systems in each room and they are quite noisy. it is in a residential area that is a quarter mile from Safeway. If residents can walk that is nearby as well as a lot of other restaurants and stores. \n\nOverall it has been a pretty good choice for him.
