Mount Massive Manor is a smaller 24 unit assisted living senior residence situated in historic Leadville Colorado. With fantastic views of the Colorado Mountains, and steps from the Mineral Belt trail, we are a perfect place to put your feet up or to get out for some fresh mountain air. We are a smaller modern building, with twenty-one 1 bedroom units and three 2 bedroom units. All our units are very reasonably priced with one bedroom units going for the upper seven hundreds on a monthly basis. The town of Leadville Colorado has so much to offer for activities, and comes with all the fresh mountain air you can handle. The many shops, museums and even ghost towns can entertain you and family during visits. In the warmer months Leadville is well known for our golf, fishing and walking trails. Year round there is always something going on at the convention center, from holiday craft shows to concerts there is always something to delight. Mount Massive Manor is a section-8 housing initiative. We specialized in catering to those who are on a very tight budget, but are seeking modern amenities at a great value, and we at Mount Massive Manor pride ourselves on a creating a very real sense of community.
