Milford Place is a well kept, clean facility. Everyone knows mom and greets her when they see her. I am also welcomed when I visit. mom has enjoyed meals and meal time much more than we anticipated. Mom isn't a joiner so really hasn't experienced many activities... at least that's what she tells me. Not sure how to rate this one. There was a little confusion for mom on a health condition she picked up. She felt like she was getting 2 different messages. Other than that, the nurses in particular are thorough, friendly and professional. Again, not sure how to rate this one given no experience with assisted living. That said, mom is comfortable and receives daily interaction and care.
