This facility is only Alzheimer's/Dementia patients and the staff is trained to deal with their problems. They also have a qualified nurse on call, even on the weekends. My loved one has been here for about four months now and I have seen a huge difference in this facility versus her previous one. The last time I visited my loved one, the nurse saw me and told me that she had another infection and that she was already on medication. The nurse had noticed a change in my loved one's personality due to the UTI. At the last facility, I was the one who had to always report that she needed medication and that she had an infection. Also, Madison Heights quoted me a very fair price and said that they would keep it at this price for as long as my loved one is there.
