Laundry is done on the floor so nothing gets lost in a gang laundry. The engagement staff plan activities and are loving and attentive. The floor is built on an oval so if someone wanders they always wind up back in common areas. Residents can take as long as they like to eat - no one takes the plates away after a certain amount of time. Staff get to know residents and can anticipate their needs and schedules.
