We thought there would be more entertainment (things like concerts) offered, but there is almost none. Visually, the place is extremely pleasant. It smells good. It sounds good. It is a joy to walk through. The staff, by and large, are all pleasant. It is a costly community, so be prepared for additional charges that are unexpected. A yearly amount of thousands of dollars is being charged in 2023, besides the annual rent increase, which came as a shock and a surprise. I'm not happy about that.
