A nice place to put someone who needs care
This is very difficult to answer. [name removed] goes from wheelchair to bed with a lift. He does not interact with other residents or family. Bridges is fine. No place is perfect. No complaints.

Happy with our choice
Bridges at Norwalk is fantastic and a wonderful place. He loves it here -I cannot even tell you how happy we are with this facility. It is a beautiful place. Whatever residents need they will get. The people are all so nice. We toured a lot of places and I feel like for his needs, this is perfect fit. They only focus on memory care, so there is a lot of one on one attention. They have so many activities provided. The woman who runs it is wonderful. I would absolutely recommend this facility to others.

Moving my dad to Bridges has created peace of mind for everyone.
The leadership team and staff at Bridges has exceeded all expectations and facilitated a swift, comfortable transition for my father. They're friendly, responsive, efficient, they return phone calls and emails, and they are always available. There are absolutely no unpleasant smells. I have never seen any stains on the floors or walls. There are fresh flowers, the furnishings are immaculate with no dust., and his bathroom is always clean. He loves the food and tells me it's always good. We'd like to see more activities, but I think with Covid they've done a great job.

Bridges by EPOCH at Norwalk offers Studio and Semi-Private. Learn more.

A Place for Mom has scored Bridges by EPOCH at Norwalk 7 out of 10 using our proprietary review score.

We assign review scores to give a more reliable view into senior living communities and home care agencies. Our review scores prioritize reviews that are recent — the past 24 months — because we know families need current information when choosing senior care.

Those with many recent, positive reviews receive a high review score, while providers with few recent reviews — regardless of how positive — receive a lower review score. Communities with no recent reviews will not have a review score, even if older reviews are positive. The maximum A Place for Mom review score a community can receive is 10 points.
