Communicated with me and kept her privacy when people would call or visit. (They didn't tell anyone about her dementia, had to ask me her POA) . Clean rooms! . Internet for their gizmos and gadgets... Plenty of activities! She was a Bingo queen! Made lots of friends even though she was only there for 8 months; the staff practically forced her to participate once she was settled in! Haha! It took almost 2 months but she \"surrendered\" and ended up really enjoying herself! \nThey were compassionate about her every need. Frequent trips for the residents to do. Residents (as long as not a \"flight risk\") would have freedom to walk to the stores downtown. (CVS, dollar general, local shops!). Left her alone if she wanted. Allowed cell phones and iPads and most creature comforts we take for granted. Lastly, it didn't smell bad! ANYWHERE. [name removed] is running an amazing place.
