I'm not sure they vacuum often, but her bedsheets are changed weekly which is nice. The nursing staff are good about calling one of our family when something concerns them. The meals are very good, they can sometimes take a long time to come out but we've never had a quality issue. I would recommend this facility to friends and family. It's expensive, but I think it would be difficult to find another place that offers the same level of comfort as this one does.
