My complaints are first world problems, like laundry getting stuffed in random drawers instead of in the drawers I've carefully labeled. The biggest issue is that mom needs an \"escort\" (someone to push her wheelchair) so she has to wait for someone to come get her to bring her to activities, meals, etc. (This increases her required level of care so we do pay for this.) Which means she can't share meals with friends or social events easily...often when she arrives everyone is wrapping up.
