Friendliness- go to any part of the facility, observe and engage with staff at all levels and one walks away with a sense of friendliness, but more importantly--family. The care service provided to my father during our visits, the quality of care he receives and the follow up discussions that take place on a routinely scheduled basis--keep us \"up to speed \" and engaged in his well being.
