We had one incident with a mouse in my stepmom's room (she was partly to blame due to keeping candy outside of a closed container). The food is generally cooked fresh for each meal, but may tend toward processed/pre-made foods a bit more than average. Also, one of the issues is that this facility just transferred ownership a few months back.
