Providence is what other memory cares should strive to be.
My mother is at Providence and the experience has been nothing but positive. I was worried about transitioning my mother into a new facility because of her Alzheimers, but Providence made the transition so easy for her and I. My mother is thriving there, she finds purpose now everyday! The activities are engaging and well thought out, the premises are beautiful and the rooms are very spacious! All of the staff there have been patient, kind and nurturing. An Alzheimer’s diagnosis is scary but Providence helps my family understand this journey we are on & provides top notch care for their residents. My mother is happy, and not just looked after, she is truly cared for. She is safe, engaged, smiling again & finding joy. I wholeheartedly with confidence recommend Providence for those suffering from dementia related conditions. They are what all memory care facilities should strive to be like.

Terrible Experience
I would strongly recommend to any prospective families to AVOID Providence and look elsewhere for memory care for your loved ones. It has gone downhill significantly since new management took over a few months ago. My mother was a resident there for about 18 months, one of the first residents when Providence started in the fall of 2021. They suddenly stopped caring for her deep into the progression of her illness, and while she was on hospice care, as she no longer "fit their criteria" regarding how much physical independence she still had at that point (although several other residents fit the same criteria). This occurred after she had been a very cooperative resident of the community and loved by all the staff.
The worst part is they didn't even tell us they wouldn't move her or change her any longer. They just stopped doing it and we found out through the staff, without the decency of a formal conversation with management.

Good Choice
Our family has experienced a lot of loving care. Sometimes they have a little bitt of an issue with staffing, like every place right now. But the staff they do have have been excellent. The food is excellent. The chef goes out of his way to make the food not only tasty but also visually appetizing with the garnishes he uses. It's easy for the residents to eat, and there's plenty of it. The facility is beautiful and only about a year old. It has a lovely courtyard. The décor is very pleasing, and the rooms are nice.

Excellent care! Great nursing staff and customer service.
In touring this facility it was very impressive, extremely clean and beautiful. A great presentation of the facility. From the administrator right down to the housekeeping staff are warm and welcoming. This facility truly has the the warm feeling of home as you enter the facility and tour throughout. The chef and his staff are exceptional and the food is top Is [name removed] style and delicious.

A "top notch" new kid on the block!
I have worked with this community since its opening and find the community, it's staff and resident offerings to be quite impressive. It's smaller size and staff attentiveness lend to more "hands on care" for residents.

Wonderful community for your loved one.
The community has wonderful workers who really care about their residents. The staff treats the residents like they are family. Home cooked meals, they provide dignity and support to the residents and the staff are very experienced. The community is very nice and clean, and very well maintained. . Perfect place for your loved one needing additional care.

I have watched the transformation of this building, the outside appearance is beautiful, but when you walk inside the attention to details is amazing. the color scheme is very beautiful and bright. the owners did an amazing job of keeping the heritage and culture of the building and the surrounding Jewish community.
