But then my brother loves his bacon and eggs, so what are you gonna do?\n\nAs for activities, that's a hard one to answer, because my brother has severe gaps in his memory and loss of short-term memory, but in the moment he's brilliant. He and I were speaking in Russian on our last zoom and discussing politics. He should really be in a facility that has 24 seven nursing, but is not a severe memory care unit. But that's not the fault of the unit. The staff helps get him on a family zoom every week which is very important for him and for that I would give them a five. And I have seen them be very attentive with residence that have severe cognitive problems.\n\nAs for the value, I don't have access to the financial information so I can't answer that. Specifically, they could use utensils with big handles. He has a hard time holding a fork with a narrow handle. as for activities, I'd give them a three, but it's an unusual situation. The majority of the people there has severe cognitive limitations. They would not know what to do with an activity. In contrast, my brother has short-term memory losses and has lost specific blocks of old memories, but he still very sharp, for example he treats me in Russian and jokes with sarcasm. You wouldn't necessarily know. He had a memory problem in talking to him for a short time he could use more intellectual stimulation, which she just doesn't get there.
