What our family likes best about Ingersoll is that they have become our extended family. The nurses, the doctor, the chefs....even the housekeepers are absolutely fantastic and understand the needs of our elders. Your stay will last as long as the money holds out. No assistance provided to get resident public benefits or even options to extend stay on reduced payment and public benefits. I feel like we have been set adrift now that money is tight and prime dollar is not available. No real long term outlook by facility once initial admittance review accomplished. They do generally seem to be a caring and giving environment. Just need to be more proactive and creative with finances for residents to stay longer.
