Friendly and Caring Staff
The Holiday Crescent Heights facility is clean with very friendly staff. They can improve their food choices and portions. They also run out of food choices at dinner. Landscaping can be improved as well.

I Love Everything About Crescent Heights
I love everything about Crescent Heights! The food is good. I have made a lot of friends and everyone I talk to is really nice! I love my apartment and looking out the window as well as sitting on the patio.

Happy for my loved one to be at Crecent heights.
Management staff are pleasant and friendly, always ready to answer questions, and try to facilitate the concern, the ancillary staff are very nice and kind well trained at their jobs.helpful to residents when needed( in dining room)

I Love The Flexibility
I enjoy the flexibility that we have here. There is always something to do, but I always have a choice of whether or not I want to participate. I like sitting on my patio and watching the squirrels run by.

The Friendliness is Perfect
The friendliness is absolutely perfect! My apartment is bright and the bathroom with a walk-in shower is safe and easy to use. I moved from Connecticut from another senior community but it was not as pretty as Crescent Heights. I really enjoy how close I am to my daughter too.

Good overall, but could use improvements
The food went down hill from the time mother first went in to the time she left. The rent was going up after her year was up. So we made a change.
I would give a 3-4 overall. it wasn't horrible. I felt that mother was safe there - that we did not worry about. Could they stand to improve, most definitely.

Staff is friendly and accommodating.
Although they said they had wifi, and they do, it is so weak, we had to purchase a private service to get phone & TV working consistently.
Food and choices could improve, but that could be a personal taste.
For the money, seems to be a good choice so far.

Holiday Crescent Heights is Awesome
From the first time we toured, the staff was absolutely wonderful! It took us 6 months to get my 90 year-old mother-in-law on board, but the staff was so patient and kind. They stayed in touch but we never felt pressured. She moved in back into n June and never looked back! She loves the facility, has made some
new friends, and enjoys the structure and activities available to her. I can not say enough about the overall experience and would highly recommend Crescent Heights to anyone looking for an assisted living situation for themselves or a loved one.

Review for Holiday Crescent Heights
It's a very nice place but not exactly everything I wanted for my aunt and uncle. But they say they are content and have made some friends although that has taken time. The food is OK but nothing to brag about. They probably have some great activities, but nothing that, my aunt and uncle are drawn to.

Overall a nice community
We have no opinion when it comes to the care services and the activities. With the meals and dining services based on my mom's experience, the meals can take up to two hours to complete. They are understaffed . She seems to think the quality of the food has gone down since she has been here (since date removed). Based on the experience we have had with Holiday Crescent, I would recommend this community to others.

Lots of support!
The activities, food (most days), other residents, the caring of the staff are the reasons I really love living at Crescent Heights. I have been here about 1.5 years so far. Bayada Home Health has been extremely helpful with any of my medical needs. Laura, who is our therapist in the community weekly has helped my through two broken ankles. And their speech therapist is great too! Also the bus driver, David, is a massive help in getting me to any of my appointments that I need.

Food is good!
I love the meals in the dining room and that I don't have to cook! I come to all the meals; Chef [name removed] and the team does a great job! I really like that I have my own apartment and that I can do whatever I please. I like to walk around the building on the path that loops around and I usually come to exercise class every morning. I have lived for three years so fair.

A Forever Resident
I have lived at Crescent Heights for going on six years. I have a lovely one bedroom apartment; I like the size and the big windows that bring in lots of light. I really love the staff here; especially our General Manager [name removed]. She is willing to help in any situation. I love the convenience of church services in our chapel and easily getting around the community and having several things to do on a daily basis. David, our bus driver, is great about taking us to doctor appointments and helping us run errands to "Goodwill"! If you are considering a community in Concord come and check us out.

Wonderful experience.
My loved on absolutely loves Crescent Heights. The building is well maintained, the staff is the best and go above and beyond. The work force these days are tough but these guys are top notch. Activities just get better and better. Have not had an actual activities person on and off but the staff there all pull together and throw some great parties and events. My loved one is safe, fed, and happy which are all very important.

Somehow I was expecting a different atmosphere. I believe I need less assistance than Crescent Heights can provide.
For someone requiring caregiving as well as assisted living, this facility would be perfect. I can recommend it.

Our Experience
Its only been a few weeks and haven't had a lot of interaction with staff and they are short on cleaning staff, so not sure how its going to be. Its a unique facility that allows loved one to maintain some independence while providing meals and basic cleaning. I like that there are choices for meals and like the daily activities that are available.

overall a nice community a good place for our first sr living experience.
Thee common areas could use a good cleaning. If the cost stays at the rate it is now. It is close by which we really like. the apartment is the right size. the meals have been fantastic. the common areas need a good scrubbing and vacuuming. The traffic areas look neglected. the carpet in the dinning hall looks like it is over due to be replaced or scrubbed.

We felt like it was a good fit for my parents and didn't find out things until moved in. There are some good things but my loved ones are always complaining about the food and the cleanliness. Especially in the dining room. The floor is always really dirty.
