The facility is very clean (but doesn't smell of cleaning products), well maintained and has a pleasant décor in the public areas. The staff members are all friendly and helpful. They are also good about letting me know in plenty of time when he needs things like glucose strips, lancets or OTC meds, since those do not come from the pharmacy. They do get his prescriptions timely and without issues. There are a couple of things they could be more attentive to in the area of assisting his living, such as making sure he is bathing often enough and putting out clothes and towels for laundry, but it's not a constant problem. He is at the lowest level of assistance care and there may just be occasional slips I notice when I am there frequently. He is NOT good about notifying the nursing staff of issues before I think to ask him about something or he mentions to me and I get staff involved. That is on him, though. Similarly, there are many planned activities offered that are well publicized.
