Pleased Resident and Son
We are both happy we choose Chandler Villas. We looked at multiple options, but none were as friendly as here when we toured. Staff and residents were kind and all seemed to be happy. We are pleased it wasn’t a façade as it has still felt the same for my mom the few months she has lived there and I still feel the same warmth when I come to visit. She loves going to the activities and has made so many friends she has to switch tables every meal to sit with everyone. If you are in sure of a place for your loved one you won’t be disappointed with Atria.

I love it here.

After viewing 3 or 4 senior living places, my daughter caller a place for mom. I went to Atria liked that apt, like the people really like the price. I signed up that day that day and moved in that weekend. And the food is good.

Found Forever Home
Atria Chandler Villas checked all the right boxes and then some. My mom has now lived there for 2 months and it has been such an amazing experience. The directors spent so much time with us and gave detailed explanations of everything. The maintenance and housekeeping teams are so accommodating and take care in a very timely manner to ensure her villa is always top notch. The activities coordinators have a special gift for keeping everyone engaged in the numerous on and off site activities. The restaurant will go out of their way to have proper offerings for dietary restrictions. There are many helpful and kind employees, some that have been part of the Atria family for numerous years, which speaks volumes about this company. The beautiful property is situated away from main roads and traffic noises. No enclosed hallways or weird smells. The residents that we’ve met are truly happy in their homes. Everything is all inclusive which makes it much more economical. We Highly Recommend!

It's nice that they have a few rows of villas in addition to apartment buildings at Atria Chandler Villas. My loved one really enjoys her new home and everyone is great at this facility. I would recommend Atria Chandler Villas to others who are looking for an Independent Living facility.

I would recommend people live here. The overall experience is great and residents are very welcoming. The few issues with certain staff are somewhat manageable as long as you don't have to deal with those people which in most cases you won't. I really do like living here and am glad I moved here.

My wife and I have toured six independent living facilities. Of the six Atria is the best in our opinion. No hall ways. When you walk out of your apartment you are in fresh air. You are not in a motel like hall. Food was great, residents and staff very friendly. Considering Atria for our place.

Amazing People at Artria!
My Mom recently moved from Chicago to Atria in Chandler. The whole experience of visiting, making the decision, and ultimately moving in was exceptional. [name removed] was amazing in helping us with all the details and just made it easy and fun. We tried several "other" independent living locations and properties but the difference at Atria was the residents and staff. The whole team at Atria are focused on the residents and there daily well-being. The meals are delicious. the daily and weekly activities are inviting, fun, and engaging. The villas and apartments are well maintained by [name removed] and the onsite staff. Also, transportation service to and from shopping, Dr appointments, and weekly offsite dinner excursions fantastic. Medical facilities like Chandler regional hospital are literally 2 minutes away.
To sum it up, really happy with everything and so important to know that my Mom is well cared for 24/7. The big differentiator for us are the caring and cool staff and residents at Atria!!!
