We could not be happier with our decision. The owner is a nurse who is extremely competent in understanding the needs of every resident. She ensures staff are trained and implements procedures to make sure every resident stays healthy and safe. She does not hesitate to call me when there is an issue. I am so comfortable with her judgement that I no longer worry daily about Mom’s health and care. Mom loves the staff who are very caring and make her feel loved and special. She always looks forward to the meals. When I make an unannounced visit, Mom is always dressed and clean. Assisted Living of Potomac far exceeds my expectations.
