In my opinion it would be more cost effective to hire one professional chef than to hire three novices that you think can be trained. Someone who has the experience and expertise of managing a restaurant and staff. Several times Pork Tenderloin is listed on the menu. It is obvious that no one even knows what this cut of meat is, because this isn’t what is being served. Several residents have tried to e helpful with suggestions which apparently fall on deaf ears. I studied numerous brochures, and actually visited 10 places. After living for 49 years in our home, this move was going to be a huge change for us. I kept in contact with Aleathea while Anthology was under construction. We were so impressed just walking into the lobby that very first time that we knew it would be our “forever home”. It is light, bright and cheery! Not only the staff but also the residents are so welcoming. The food is way too good here! The kitchen staff go out of their way to please you. Everyone knows your name after a very short time, and we are all “family”. There are so many activities here, and they provide entertainment on a weekly basis. The staff goes out of their way to assist you with anything you need. We felt we were 1-2 years away from moving, but after touring we actually moved only 10 days later. We absolutely love our new home. ?? It is perfect! Stop in to see us while you are on tour.
