So don't know why I got a [fee removed] a month rate increase up to [fee removed] per month for 650 sq. feet of space. Love that the rent is all inclusive and we pay just one check. Rent is so expensive for us seniors! I really enjoy the people I have met there. I have met a great bunch of ladies! Quite a few residents moved out after this last rate increase! But I feel they still pay about the same amount as they were after figuring in your utilities, etc. and just having to write one check.
