We currently use their service for 1 hour a day. In regards to the office staff - I've called and asked about some charges and they couldn't connect me to the right person or find the right number. I had to send an email and they finally got ahold of me; so they weren't too organized in that area. However, I can say that communication is good, now that I've got in contact with the right person. \nOverall I would recommend SYNERGY's service to others, but of course it depends on who the caregiver is.
