We'd recommend Ashford. Our selection was based on the high ratings we found, on the convenient location, and the simplicity of their pricing structure.When we visited, we were impressed with the cleanliness and arrangement of the suites. Food quality was also a factor, and Ashford seem to excel in this area.

People there genuinely want to help residents. There was a good vibe and atmosphere when we arrived. People were around and staff was very interactive with them.

The Ashford had a wonderful party for residents and families. Food was good entertainment was good and the people who lived there loved it. It was good to see them all smile. My mom has lived there for 6 years

My loved one was a resident at Oakleaf Village of Columbus. Everything about the experience at this facility was great. The staff was kind and wonderful. I would highly recommend this facility to family and friends.

They are all friendly. My loved one did not complain about the food, and it seems pretty good. They were very engaging with the activies. I am pretty pleased overall. They do their job.

We chose The Ashford of Grove City because the location was by the house he had so he was very familiar with that area and also the presentation of the facility was very appealing. The rooms are very spacious and inviting, they have plenty of activities offered for residents and the staff are great. I would absolutely recommend The Ashford to others looking.

My almost 95 year old mom has been living at the Ashford for the past 5 years. The staff is caring especially [name removed], the Activities Director. She is full of positive energy, creates fun and engaging activities for the residents, gives them manicures and takes them out on the bus for sightseeing and trips to Kroger. She is especially sweet and kind to my mom, (who used to be an Activities Director for seniors right out of college). She has my mom helping out with the clothing sale and always makes sure my mom is taken care of. [name removed] has recently been promoted to Marketing Director but she still finds time to help the residents. I can always count on [name removed] to tell me how my mom is doing! She is my "sister" from another mother!

I would recommend you consider the community for your loved ones as it is a good place. I feel comfortable knowing my loved one is being taken care of here. The nurses and staff are amazing. I know it is a safe place for my loved as well. The communication with the staff is really good if the family has questions or concerns about our loved one. Most of the food looks appealing for the residents and three meals are served by the community. The community will have meals delivered to the residents or have the residents eat in the dining room as well.

This was a very nice community. It didn't feel as welcoming as some of the other communities we toured.

They are very caring for their patients. They do a good job of checking on them and looking out for them. The administration is top. Meals seemed to be bland and seems cafeteria style.

This is a friendly affordable place with caring staff. They have group discussions, games, trips, and more as some of the activities offered for the residents to choose from. They have group activities and my loved one looks forward to socializing with other residents. They do provide some care services. Anytime there is an issue with my loved one that arises they contact the family.

The sales manager [name removed] was absolutely fantastic he gave us the best first impression. Our loved one needed to move in within 2 days and since we were not able to get his furniture moved in [name removed] went out and bought a TV, bed sheets, and bathroom towels. He was able to set up our loved ones room so quickly and he was amazing. Before moving in we spoke with other families who had loved ones here, and they never heard a bad word.

This is a new community and it is very good for your loved one. Since they are brand new they are getting the activities set up and they are working hard to improve. But they really care about the patients and family.

The staff is very good with their responses on questions and concerns from the family. They have lots have activities available for the residents to participate in, and they even take the residents out on bus rides.

We chose Oakleaf Village because when I called, the director was caring, kind, and honest. She was also upset with the way my mother was being treated at her previous facility that we transferred from. My mother did have a private room. The staff were really on top of everything and very attentive to my mother and our families needs, they really listened to us. I would absolutely recommend to others looking.

[name removed] was absolutely wonderful. She took her time, allowed us to ask as many questions as we could think of, she was prepared, and very knowledgeable.

I think the community is a really great place. With warmer weather, we were able to visit outside and really enjoyed it. I would recommend this community to others

This is the memory care community and is all housed in this building. I would recommend checking this community out for your loved one. My loved one and I are happy with the care they are receiving. The Grove has only been opened up for a couple of years. It would be nice to have department directors, such as an activity director. They are depend on the staff to assist the residents in activities. The staff tries really hard to engage all the residents. They have different neighborhoods for the different levels of memory care needed.

We chose The Ashford because it was recommended to us, we did get to tour it and for what you get in terms of cost, they were heads above the rest. The room sizes here are very large, spacious, and open. They have a lot of natural light and a lot of them have balconies. I have eaten here myself and the food is excellent. They have a dining room with leather bound menus and a chef and nutritionist on site. They have a great selection and can accommodate people if they don't like what is on the menu. The staff members here went above and beyond for our family, I would and have recommended them.
