Senior Helpers has been there every step the way helping my mom and I navigate the system and providing excellent care. I can’t ever thank them enough for their caring support. They have so incredibly wonderful.

I first contacted Senior Helpers in Barrie Ontario when my mother-in-law, [name removed], went into the hospital and was diagnosed with a brain tumour and bleed. [name removed], owner operator, graciously shared useful information even though we did not use her services at the time. When we did finally need her services, I called on a Friday afternoon and we needed someone to attend to [name removed] that Friday night leading into a holiday week. She managed to get someone for us, [name removed], and she was amazing. She booked [name removed] for the days of the week she was available and [name removed] for the other days. [name removed] was equally amazing and was with [name removed] when she passed. We are so grateful that [name removed] was not alone and was with such a caring and compassionate person when she passed. We can't recommend this agency highly enough; an agency that combines professionalism and caring at the highest levels. Thank you from [name removed], [name removed] [name removed] and Myself!

This is a good home care agency, and everything working out well since my father has started services with them. I'am satisfied with this home care agency. It is working out fine for my father, and his needs.

When the administration came out to the house to set up the service they listened to what services we needed. They explained everything up front. The caregivers are on time, friendly and help with whatever we need. I would recommend this home care agency.

I really liked the caregivers that came to help out with my mom. They were very nice to her and caring. They provided great care. The meals that they would prepare for her were very good. I liked that they would plan activities for her. The caregivers would also take my mother to church she really enjoyed that. The communication had been great until now i haven't heard from them and wish they would communicate with me for future care for my mother.

It has been going great for my friend so far. We looked at homes but she wanted to be in her own home. This agency is great and they are on time when needed. They are cooperative with what is asked. They maintain the home, it is the cleanest it has been. I would recommend them to anybody.

I live in California and my 83-year-old mother lives alone in Florida. All of a sudden her neighbors are calling me, saying she's very confused, can no longer use her TV remote control or telephone, not dressing properly (i.e. displaying symptoms of Alzheimer's). As I could not drop everything and fly to Florida immediately, I called Senior Helpers and right away they had caregivers on the job, helping my mother. They took her to doctor appointments (turns out she also had blood clots in her lower legs) they were able to stabilize the situation, and prevent any falls or other disasters for a few weeks until I was able to get there. They are completely trustworthy, and literally a God-send because I was frantic and live 3,000 miles away. Highly recommend!

My mother was adamantly against having to hire someone to come to her house and "help" her. After meeting with David [removed], the franchise owner, she agreed to meeting her caregiver once a week; just to see how it goes. Joan, the caregiver, has been coming once a week for about a month now. Mom is very impressed with Joan's energy and willingness to work. They have made a few collages from the many pictures Mom has of her numerous grandchildren, Joan has helped Mom change the sheets on the bed, Joan has cleaned out the pantry, they have gone to the grocery store and out to lunch. We are very happy with the level of service and loving attention that Mom is receiving. We are so happy to have hired Senior Helpers.

My experience with Senior Helpers has been a good one. The aides they've sent have been helpful, cheerful, and quick workers. I am entirely satisfied with the service!

Senior helpers has been good to us. We needed them in a emergency type of situation for my dad. It took some doing to get someone so quickly but they made it happen. Once everything was set in in place it was smooth sailing. We have been utilizing their services for some time and will be getting services from them for another family member as well. I would highly recommend them!

They are doing a wonderful job. They are a wonderful company. They are very attentive to my moms needs. They do very fine with the meals. Everything has been going great. The staff has been very accommodating and helpful. The facility itself is always very clean and well kept. The offer many activities. They are just wonderful. My mother is well taken care of here. I would recommend this facility to anyone.

We have had a very good experience with Senior Helpers of San Francisco. Kelly, the woman who runs the place, is wonderful. She has been very good and easy to work with. She is always available and very caring.

We've had a very positive experience with Senior Helpers overall. The company has been easy to work with and the caregivers they have sent have done an excellent job looking after our loved ones.

The gal that we have (Alicia) is very knowledgable and takes VERY good care of my mother in law. She's always busy, never stops, and is constantly moving. At any time she knows what my mother in law is doing and where she's at.

We were quite pleased with the interview process as well as the choice of care giver. Our parents have a wonderful young lady that has quickly become a good friend as well as someone who provides care and is able to report any needs we are unable to be there to see.
