Every staff member is friendly and welcoming Mom is a 2 room suite so it's plenty big but the singles look good too Cable is extra but all needs are met otherwise Mom complains about the food as far as no seasoning and same foods repeatedly served. I have eaten there and it's ok And she would like to see church services there Otherwise no complaints

There have been some recent changes in management at Magnolia and those changes have made a huge, positive impact! They have staff who genuinely care about the residents and their families. The new management staff actually listens and takes action when working with residents and their families. The food situation is slowly but surely getting better. The Activities are wonderful. Residents in both AL & MC are kept pretty active in doing activities. The building itself is beautiful and does not have a foul odor like some places. Despite what other reviews might say, Magnolia is worth checking out.

I think about how hard they worked to ensure the best care for her. The room sizes are Excellent! Nice that they include the refrigerator in the room.

5 on all. it's clean and staff is friendly and we would recommend the community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

What makes Magnolia Senior Living so great is the caring and loving family environment. The daily activities are posted on Facebook with pictures of residents smiles, which comforts the family members who are not with their loved ones everyday. From the first day to the present day (1yr+) my brother and I have had the comfort and support from [names removed]. We are so grateful !

Mom would like more green veggies and better seasoning, sandwiches don't even have mayo on them. Team is friendly, place is clean, great value, mom would like a church service there. Overall she is pleased

We had a wonderful experience with Magnolia. To be fair, the place had just opened and had ample staff for the number of residents at the time which was less than 10. As the number of residents has grown, I cannot be sure it is still as excellent as it was then, but I feel sure that it is still a wonderful facility. My experience while my Dad was there was excellent. We felt that the staff really took care of my dad and treated us very well.

My loved one lives here and enjoys it very much. The food is outstanding for an Assisted Living Community. There are lots of Activities every day that keep the residents active. The care staff seem to really care about the residents and the job they do. The management team rocks and seem to always have the resident and families best interest. I highly recommend this community for your loved one. Worth checking it out!

They have a beautiful facility with caring staff and administrators. I could not have envisioned having this kind of experience in a long term care facility. The setting lends itself to calmness and a safe environment for its residents.

Facility was great and it was exceptional to walk through the doors and have no smells of urine or bleach All staff were exceptional, from kitchen, CNA's, nurses, administrative and maintenance. Everyone went out of their way to make the transition as smooth and easy as possible Our experience with Magnolia was great.

They were so helpful, loving and caring. I would go there myself. Cleaner than others and the people were genuine and kind the price was great compared to others.

My loved one was previously a resident at Magnolia. They had terrific staff and the quality of care was pretty good. We were lucky to have hospice with us. While memory care is truly expensive the value of having the care was very good, I knew that he was safe and sound being there. We had a good experience. They took wonderful care of my loved one, were very kind to us, and I met some really fine people there.

The staff does a good job keeping up with mom's medications and helping her get ready for the day and at bedtime, and keeps her room clean. We do have communication with the the staff and address any issues that we have asap. The move in process was good and they made her feel welcome when we arrived. I would recommend this facility based on the other sites we were seeing and this one fit our need.

We were only there for a very short time before she passed, but the time spent there was so caring and so loving they spent so much time with her and gave us so much attention. It was a far cry from Manor Lake.

My mom is currently a resident at Magnolia Senior Living at Dawsonville. We love this place and it has been a great experience! In looking at several facilities, Magnolia Dawsonville was by far the newest and cleanest. We also liked that it was smaller than other places that were sprawling and really, too big. All of the staff have a great attitude. The food quality and food choices are way beyond what our expectations were. Housekeeping is great. The staff are friendly, helpful and professional. The staff have really become like family to us. Not just to Mom, but also to us. I'd recommend Magnolia Senior Living at Dawsonville, hands down!

Everyone one there has supported me from day one since the placement of my brother. We picked this community because of a friend who was dealing with the similar issues.I would recommend this Magnolia Senior Living facility.

They took wonderful care of my dad, the caregivers were very thoughtful, the place is beautiful, the food is good, and I don't think I could have found a better place to help with my dad. The executive director and wellness director made sure we understood the ins and outs of assisted living and what they could and could not do. They made us feel confident they could take care of my dad. It was also the closest to our house and not only did it have vacancies at that time, it had so few residents I felt more comfortable, that dad would get the attention he needed.

Magnolia Senior Living at Loganville has been the best possible place for [name removed]. He is safe and as mobile as possible under these circumstances. The personalized care really does show. We are very happy with this connection and based on the experience we have had so far, we would absolutely recommend Magnolia Senior Living to other families looking for a place for their loved ones.

What we really like about this community is how truly caring the staff members were to my dad. However the activities were very limited due to COVID regulations. Based on the experience we have had so far we would recommend this community to other families.

Magnolia Senior Living at Loganville tour was very good, but for our mom we preferred a place with an in room shower rather than a shower room.
