Drews Care Management

When it comes to the friendliness of the staff some of them are great, and others are just ok. With the meals there is little variety, and there are very few activities but our loved one wouldn't join in anyways. We would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had.

Staff treats residents with love and dignity. Director is always on- site and available for consultation. I like that he is a registered nurse and treats his staff with great respect, maintaining high expectations for cleanliness and resident care. They also work well with our Hospice provider.

Drews Place of Coldwater is excellent. The staff and management are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and caring people. Dad and his family highly recommend Drews.

I don't live close so have to depend on mother-in-law to comment or complain. In 4 months she has said her room isn't vacuumed or dusted very often & that too much pasta & beans are served. She is a very light eater & doesn't eat either. She would like to have low cost transport to local shopping & medical services. Overall she seems content.

They are attentive, caring and responsive. The meals are wonderful and the rooms are routinely cleaned. We picked this community because of the location and reputation. I would recommend to others.

I would recommend Drews Place to others for their loved ones. Everything was good, and they took good care of my loved one. Our experience was excellent. The staff communication with the family was good, and if anything changed they would keep me updated about my loved one. There were three meals served a day. They were willing to accommodate dietary restrictions.

We have been really happy so far, everything with Drews Place has been great. Our loved one has her own room, bathroom and kitchen. It givers her that independence that she was missing before. The staff do not hover but they are there for the residents when they need anytime of assistance.

Drews Place of Coldwater could improve on the cleanliness, especially in the dining room. Patient rooms need to be cleaned better Also or maybe more often would be the key. The staff are awesome. They are wonderful with my mother. She seems very content and well taken care of.

It's a nice place, and my loved one seems to like it. I have nothing bad to say. The staff is friendly and attentive. They have homemade meals coked by the staff. The care is good overall, although we've noticed some fluctuations when we're there unannounced vs. announced.

Our loved one did really like it there, and they did take really good care of all of her needs.
