Carol Ann's home has amazing caregivers in place that are helpful and loving with residents. Residents are treated with dignity, the food tasted amazing, and it was very clean. When I speak to families, they are in agreement that the care we see the first time continues.

I have know this wonderful; kind; caring home for many years. The outdoor space is so comfortable and safe. I always refer to the community when I can. It’s always, clean, well decorated and the care givers are so nice. Go by and visit

This assisted living facility is great. I love all the old features of this beautiful house they don’t make them like this anymore. Also, in a good location and lots of nature outside the staff cooks very well and takes care of the residents great many patients there have been there for quite some time. I think that says it all.

Great place for your love one, nice and kind staff and very well trained, like the covered patio and the bird feeder. A cozy living room and the smell of the food and dessert what amazing.

A loving and warm atmosphere is the most important thing that we looked for when we’re were making such a difficult decision to place our loved one. After our visit and conversation with the administration and staff our search was over and we knew we were making the right decision . My mom has had the greatest experience of love, care, and expression of kindness. [name removed] and staff allowed my mom to continue being whom she was with her mission in life. The facility is beautiful , clean , well decor rated and tranquil. There are many activities , wellness program and the food is great well planned by the chef. [name removed] is very knowledgeable about the needs of the residents and is very accepting to their overall abilities. It’s a blessing I found a beautiful place for my Dear Beloved.

I love Carol Ann’s because it doesn’t feel like a facility. When you walk through the doors, you can smell delicious food and you can see patients smiling and you can see staff talking to the patients and interacting with them as if they were their own grandparents. They are so sweet and gentle with them. I will always be an advocate for this amazing facility!

Carol Ann’s Home Assisted Living can help bring you peace of mind knowing that your loved one will be cared for and loved. This is a wonderful licensed Assisted Living home- very much home like feel with beautiful outdoor spaces- GOLF views. The residents are lovely, wonderful staff, management and owner. This Assisted Living facility provides a home like enviorment with a high level of care/ staffing. Great Golf views and such a home like feeling. I would highly recommend this home/ assisted living.

We received a wonderful welcome from [name removed] and all the staff. Sitting outside on the patio was just like relaxing at home with your friends. They allow my mom to still have her dignity and sense of self esteem. They make sure all her medicine is correct and timely. Help her when she gets confused. Carol Ann’s Home is wonderful in our time of need. I would highly recommend Carol Ann’s. It’s the nearest place to home you can get. They have wonderful activities to help them to socialize and have fun.

Writing reviews is not my favorite- but I wanted to on this. My Aunt [name removed] is not easy to live with. Her cognitive status did not help things. Somehow, someway, the staff, especially Renee, found a way to work with her hoarding behaviors and fussiness. All they had to do is ask about Petey, her dog. Thank you to [name removed] and her team. They worked through many tough situations with us family members and my aunt' physical needs. Did we always agree- no. Did we work together for the same goal- yes. Which is why I would recommend this particular care home for excellent care. We worked together. Thank you.

Carol Anns Home has been a great facility. I find that it focuses more on family values and is more home oriented. It’s perfect for anyone that wants their parents to get assistance, but still want them to feel like they’re at home in a warm, loving’ caring environment. I totally recommend five stars.

It's been good so far. I would recommend to others. We've only been there a short period of time, so I don't have a lot of feedback back.

My Mom is here currently and so far things have been okay. It took a couple of weeks, but the facility was able to get a bigger bed for her than the one that was originally provided. That was the only thing that really annoyed me. Other than that, the staff is always very nice and courteous to me. In many ways, we wish there was more staff available. Sometimes they don’t have enough time to sit with her and spend time with her. They don’t get paid a lot either, so that may be why there aren’t many of them available to visit with her. A real big thing for us was that in their policy, the resident, or someone from the family, has to request pain medicine. My Mom doesn’t like feeling like she’s getting in the way, so she won’t usually ask for the medicine until it’s too late. I was able to talk with hospice about giving her the pain medicine without her asking and now she’s feeling a bit more comfortable. It took 3 weeks, but we got it resolved and they’ve been as helpful as possible since. The food is healthy and decent but she doesn’t always like it. However, we can bring in food from outside or have it delivered and they’re more than happy to help feed her the food even if she didn’t get it from them. Overall, I think they’re doing a good job.

We did go and visit Carol Ann's Home. The staff was very friendly and it was a clean home. We were looking for a brighter more open facility for our loved one. This one seemed a little too institutional for what we were looking for.

My mother and I have recently taken a tour of this community and I have no complaints of how things had went. The staff where on time to our appointment and made sure to answer any questions I had for them. The home was a smaller setting and did not have that many residents living in it. I liked that everything was clean and nicely presented by the staff. I would recommend it to anyone interested.
