My father stayed at Heart and Hands for 2 months for hospice care. The owner and the staff are very helpful. They are very kind and professional. They always update me when something happens and I can talk to them any time. My father was getting enough attention from the staff. There are at least 2 staff for the 4 or 5 residents. I am very thankful for this facility‘s service.

My mother is currently a resident at Bethany Living II and everything has been great for her at this facility so far. The staff is very sincere in taking care of my mother. They reach our if anything is needed. They prepare fresh food daily. The cleanliness and friendliness are great. The care services, meals and activities are also great. I would definitely recommend Bethany Living II to family and friends.

Emerald Assisted Living has been a fantastic, helpful, warm, and healing place for my father. All staff are great and keep family well informed.

The staff from Emeral AL have been wonderful to my husband from day one. My husband has dementia and is not the easiest to deal with at times however the staff are fully equipped to assist him. He has been much happier living here.

My wife moved to Bethany Living II early of this year. Since then she is happier and improved her condition. Place is very clean and food is well balanced, fresh. The staff is very friendly and compassionate.

Food is excellent. Always fresh. I would recommend it. Everyone!! I like everything here.

Overall we were very happy with this place. We especially liked the homey feel and separate bedrooms. Also, the patient to staff ratio was great. So much better than other large facilities that we experienced. Unfortunately, my mother was exposed to Covid during her stay and passed away. They were very cautious but it made its way into the home.

Clean, comfortable and caring. My father in law lived there for a year and did hospice there. Thanks to them his passage was peaceful.

My mom lived in Bethany living for 2years. We satisfy with their services. They are treat my mom as their parents. Care givers are genuine and very kind. My mom loves foods they provide also . I appreciate their services.

I am so happy to find this home . My mom has lived at this house for 3years. She couldn't adjust one place before. But her cognitive And physical health getting better and happier since she move to this place Bethany living. Care givers are truly love my mom and owner are compassionate I appreciate them all.

Although my husband recently passed and was only at Emerald Assisted Living for approximately two months, I was, and continue to be, so thankful for the care and love given him. The staff treated him with respect and dignity. The meals provided were excellent. There is not a single thing that I could think of that could improve on the care given my husband. He was blessed to have had two caregivers who truly loved him!

Emerald Assisted Living deserves 5 stars. All the caretakers were compassionate and capable. They treated my loved one like they would treat their own parent. The food is fine, the place is clean and homey, as it is a single family home. They are trustworthy to care for elderly residents with a variety of issues. They also do hospice. If you have your loved one here you do not have to worry.
