Assured Assisted Living

My wife was in a late dementia stage of Alzheimer's disease. The staff were caring and kind with her, encouraging connection and friendship with other women and inviting her into activities such as passing a baloon, art work, music listening and neighborhood walks.

Mom has been at a Sevens facility for almost two years and is doing well there. She is well cared for and the staff is warm and friendly. They are always happy to see visitors and drop-ins are welcome.

My husband had been thrown out of two previous senior living facilities for violence (extreme agitation). Assured living is giving him exceptionally good care. [Names Removed] st house 6 are worth their weight in gold!

I am very satisfied with the care that my mother is receiving at Assured Senior Care. When it became obvious that my mother, who suffers from dementia, was no longer able to care for herself in her own home, I was very anxious about moving her to a memory care facility. I visited many facilities in my area. It was when I visited Assured Senior Care, I knew that she would be happy there. The small family-like setting, the ratio of caregiver to client, the clean, sweet smelling house and home cooked meals was very appealing. It was very different from a standard nursing home. This was almost 3 years ago and I can't imagine another place meeting our needs as well as Assured. I feel comfortable with the excellent house staff. I drop by anytime and am always welcomed. My mother, who was depressed, lonely and weighed 96 pounds when she moved into ASC, is now weighing around 135 pounds and is always happy and smiling. I couldn't have asked for a better outcome!

My significant other is very happy here and appears to be well taken care of. He never complains of anything, and I have heard of no issues from the staff. He eats very well as I've been told and is even putting on weight. He says the food is very good. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. They answer all my questions without hesitation.

My brother and his wife are in Assured Assistance Living residences and our family is confident in the care they are receiving. The staff is friendly and attentive and do their best to maintain a pleasant, cheerful and safe environment.

We recently moved our mother from a large memory care/assisted living community where she had lived for several years. With rising prices for her care, we decided to look for another option. We found Assured Assisted Living in Castle Rock, on recommendation from our neighbor. We immediately loved the small number of residents in a beautiful residential home. The caregivers are all patient and loving and offer great support and consistency. The care team sends regular updates and photos of activities via an app. The app is a great way to see that our mom is happy and involved, when we aren’t there. Our family feels very fortunate to have found Assured.

I cannot begin to express my gratitude for the care my father received. The staff treated us like family and were so supportive. The smaller facility allowed him to receive more personal care and attention. I only wish we had found them sooner. Based on the experience we have had so far with Assured Assisted Living we would absolutely recommend them to other families.

The staff at house six is extraordinary. A dedicated, hardworking compassionate crew with an amazing work ethic. They took outstanding care of our father, who was known to be cantankerous. Upon his death, they embraced our entire family and helped make it an amazing transition. We will forever hold this place in our hearts.

Amazing care environment. Their attention to communication and detail is so incredible. I loved the easy to communicate with not only the direct care staff but also the Admin, [name removed]. She was an absolute god send. We were so blessed to find such a loving and caring home for my mother. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a true gem and a highly personalized environment.

Excellent community - a home, so a family environment. Very caring and no sitting parked in front of the TV or in one's room. Has a resident dog and two parakeets - my mom is thrilled.

This community is outstanding in everyway. The staff are very nice and really friendly and so very caring. They have a excellent menu and my mom loves the great fruit that is offered. This community has two dogs and it makes my mom so happy to have the comfort of the dogs. Others love it as well. This community is always clean and it helps me know my mom is in a excellent community. I highly recommend the care and value to others who want great care for loved ones.

They were very loving and my father received very good care at Assured Assisted Living 7. He did have a stroke at the beginning of his stay which the staff did not realize at first, but I understand considering the level of care training their staff members have and what should be expected. All in all it was a very good experience and I would recommend the place.

We toured this community for my Grandmother. Even though we chose another, Assured Assisted Living should have been our 1st choice. There were several board and care homes that had community back yards, allowing residents to visit and mingle with residents from other houses. The staff to resident ratio was excellent with men and women working together. This community had residents who were more advanced in their memory issues. There were a number of activities including music each day, memory games and physical therapy type exercises to help keep residents active. All caregivers had been there for a while and knew each other, working as a team very well. The rooms here are small and furnished and safety measures are in place (coded key entries). The only downside to this community is that they do not have outdoor activities and this was based on resident level of anxiety. Residents are helped to the restroom every one to two hours, which really helps with their personal cleanliness. We would recommend Assured Assisted Living.

Overall I've been very pleased with how things are going with Assured Assisted Living! It's a nice looking community, they do a great job keeping everything clean and well kept. The staff are all very friendly and professional, and they really put a lot of effort into reaching out and forming a bond with their residents. I'd like to see them have a bit more variety when it comes to the activities, and more activities catered to residents with specific care needs.

During my initial conversation with the administrator and visit to a couple of the Assured Assisted Living homes, I knew this would be a wonderful place for my father. The professionalism from the administrator, down to the caregivers was exceptional. The homes are clean, up-to-date and very inviting. Getting a feel for how things are run from the top, down, gave me sense that my father would be in good hands. With my father having spent some time living in larger assisted living communities, I felt the daily stimulation he would receive from the other residents and staff at Assured Assisted Living would be very beneficial for him. The Caregivers really seem to care about providing a safe and enriching environment for each resident. The daily activities seem non-stop and are done in a way that encourage discussion among the residents and care givers, use of many motor skills, as well as memory recognition. Assured Assisted Living is a wonderful place for my father and I know your loved one will enjoy it to!

I'ts fabulous, I'm so happy to have my dad there. That said, I might be changing him just because my parents are both so miserable, they want to be together so badly but mom absolutely doesn't want to move to assured, she doesn't need that yet. I'm very happy with him there, I think my dad is getting wonderful care, the's fully cathetered and he's pulled it out 4 times since he's been there and they've been really good with that. They call 911 and call me to clear that, the caregivers there are very good. I'm very happy with it, my dad is not at all happy, he keps asking when he's getting out of this place, mom calls it a dungeon, but it's secured and that's what he needs. They will not allow mom to take dad out, I have to be there, but I could leave dad there and be very happy.

The staff are amazing. My husband presents a challenge and they handle him with care and compassion.

Our loved one had a shorter experience then what was expected we were really looking forward to our loved one being there for awhile. However even with it being a short stay the staff members were really good people, they were very diligent with their work and were very caring. We do believe they had our loved ones best interest in mind and we were very comfortable with him. It seemed like the staff members tailored the care to the resident's specific needs and wants. Even the chef would make our loved one whatever he wanted. We have no complaints whatsoever with this community .

I would make sure to ask a lot of questions and make sure you know what the community can and can't provide and get things in writing. The facility and staff are great and they did a good job taking care of my loved one.
