I would recommend the facility. The food quality is good, just not particularly tasty. For the most part, the staff are great but they don't stick around. So there's the problem of trainees all the time. ...
The Carillon at Belleview Station has everything you would expect from a senior care community and more. Yes, we have assisted living, but it's a bit more personalized and flexible. And yes, we have memory care, but it's a bit more comprehensive and thoughtful. But to really see who we are, it's...

My mother was previously a resident at Village at Belmar and everything was great for her at this facility. The cleanliness and friendliness were great. The staff, care service and value for cost were also great. They did a wonderful job caring for my mother. I would recommend Village at Belmar to family and friends.

We chose Carillon for my parents last summer and we have had a wonderful experience so far. The facility is beautiful, the food is excellent and the staff is caring and experienced. They are in independent living now but have the ability to receive more care as they need it. They are involved in activities and have made friends and love the location where they can get out and go for walks, go to local restaurants and cafes and have easy access to the Tech Center. I highly recommend Carillon at Belleview Station.

The Carillon at Belleview is a very friendly community and has such a nice atmosphere to it - right when you walk in they greet you right away and all the staff we have interacted with have been very friendly. The meals are very good and we love her apartment it is very bright, cherry and fresh feeling. It has ben a good experience and we appreciate how open the staff members are to feedback. We would absolutely recommend this community to other families.

Village at Belmar was absolutely the best place we saw. The staff were very professional, friendly, and caring. Overall it was fantastic. It just wasn't a good fit for my family member - it was too modern for her. I would have liked to live there, but she didn't.

My dad's stay was short. Belmar gave the care needed for him to be safe. The different levels of care all in one place was nice.

We chose The Carillon because of the opportunity for her to progress into assisted living and she can stay in her current apartment and they would bring assistance to her rather than having to change rooms. The apartment sizes here are really good. They've done exceptionally well with activities especially coming out of covid. They have undergone a change in staff so the food is good, but the service is not quite as good as it could be. I would recommend to others looking.

We chose Renew Roaring Fork because it was a newer and it was the nicest facility in our area. They also offered assisted living that can transition into memory care. The room sizes here are great, they are exceptional in comparison to others we looked into. Overall, the facility is very clean and it does not look institutional at all, it looks more like a nice hotel. I would recommend.

Excellent staff that are receptive and care about the residents. Beautiful assisted living and the apartments are spacious and modern. The common area is spacious and has some great areas to sit and talk when visiting. They truly care about the residents and communicate well with the family. A truly wonderful assisted living with people who take pride in their work and try to make the adjustment to assisted living easy and create a home like, friendly environment.

I would recommend the facility. The food quality is good, just not particularly tasty. For the most part, the staff are great but they don't stick around. So there's the problem of trainees all the time. Move in process was easy and they were very helpful when we moved internally several times. Families must remain very engaged in their loved ones care. And, they need the caregivers to see them engaged. That is the best way to keep communication open and working. It is my experience that all care facilities have problems and we had some too. But because we were talking with folks on a regular basis, they really listened when there was a problem and worked hard to make it right.

The building is beautiful and very clean. The apartments are simple, but adequate for what is needed. The staff is very friendly and seems to genuinely care about the residents. The housekeeping is a hit or miss- they don't always get to the things they say they'll do daily, but I'm sure they are short staffed some days, like any facility. The laundry is done once a week, but sometimes comes back in the basket barely folded or not at all. Once, it was perfectly folded! The light cleaning seems to happen on time weekly. They are pretty good about emptying trash so there's never any bad smells around. The food is good, but not as neat as they show in the advertising videos. They are quick to get to know the residents and their preferences. The main concern that we've had is the time it takes to get assistance for the things we're paying for on the care list- like help dressing, etc. Major emergencies do get quick attention if the cord on the wall is pulled, but the pendant buttons are a long wait for assistance. Probably again, due to staffing, which is going to happen at any Assisted Living Facility, so it seems.

The building is a lovely place. It's cheerful. The apartments are spacious, with new kitchens. The maintenance team is very responsive if there are any issues. The people are very friendly. The staff for assisted living turns over quite a bit and has not been quite as effective as we had hoped. But overall we're happy that our folks are at The Carillon!

When I went in here and they quoted me a price, they never said anything about the initiation fee, that was expensive but I know that happens everywhere. I would give the staff a 5 plus, when you walk in everyone knows your name - it feels like you are at church. My mom is happy and that is all that matters. Everything has worked out great and we would absolutely recommend them.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The facility is beautiful. We had a couple of issues when my parents moved in and I got the impression that the business office did not care about the experience once the paperwork was signed.

The staff is friendly but were not knowledgeable or helpful when my parents moved it. Maintenance has been unresponsive. The other residents were more helpful when we had questions. It felt like the staff was not expecting us to show up even though I had told them several times when they were moving in. I would recommend the community because my parents are happy there, but would advise that the staff was not helpful with the move in process

It's a beautiful place but I felt they under delivered on their services. We chose this community for a combination of how they presented the place to us as it was stunningly beautiful, the level of care, and the amenities. The food is okay now, but when she moved in the food was spectacular. i would be a little cautious in recommending this community depending on what your family member needs.
