While the biggest issue is having to place your mom in any facility, it took her time to adjust. I talk with my mom daily and there are always going to be things that don't seem right or may upset my mom, overall, she has found her place here and seems very happy. The staff has been great with all aspects, they are easy to work with and the get back to you when you have questions. My mom has made many friends, and she says you have to make the best of each situation. She is involved with decorating, daily activities and the outside patio area. While the facility maybe older, they are constantly trying to make things better for the staff and residents. Given all of the interworking of a facility like this I think they do a very good job trying to make the resident experience a home and a feeling of being loved and cared for.
