Place is great - parking for visitors is terrible.
My Mom lives at Gramercy, and loves it. The reason I don't give an overall rating of great is because of the parking situation. There are only 2 spots at the front of the building, which are limited to 15 minutes only. The rest of the parking is at the back of the building, and in order to get to the lobby once you are buzzed in, you must go down a flight of steps and across the garage to make it to the second door in time in order to get in. Not real convenient for people with handicaps. The other parking is across the street at Woodlake Park, and it is all uphill to get to the front door from the parking area. Again, not real convenient for those with handicaps. I wish something could be done about this parking situation.
