They seem to keep everything clean. My Mom's room is quite nice & was clean. The common area is well designed with a large volume, overlooks from above, & plenty of daylighting-quite lovely really. Unfortunately they keep the dining doors to outside alarmed, so residents don't use the beautiful grounds outside much as they're forced to go out the main entry. Food is edible, but they're not going to win any awards for it. Overall, my Mom seems reasonably happy there.
