Not a Good Place
My father was in this facility in 2011. He was neglected and passed away as a result of this. I filed a complaint with DPS but they did nothing. Do not put your loved ones in this place. West Oaks currently has the highest Covid19 deaths.

Not a good expierience
This is an older rehabilitation center and it is crowded. They do have a nursing staff, unfortunately the level of care is not a professional as we would like. The food is ok and they do keep the place clean. We have not had a great experience with this rehabilitation center.

We used this place for rehab and they were horrible.
We used this place for rehab and they were horrible. They kept a catheter in for a week without changing it. The food was horrible. Just too many things went wrong. I think we will be reporting them. Not a great rehab facility at all.
