look elsewhere.
staff appear extremely incompetent with memory impaired residents. Staff need much more training and in major need of common sense dignity and compassionate bedside manner. Staff rarely check on residents and fail to notice if they are sick. Residents screaming for help all the time and Staff just walk by and ignore call lights. My Mother was in grotesquely soiled undergarments on a daily basis and developed horrible rash/infections in groin area. She developed diabetic sores on feet that went unnoticed until I pointed them out and were fully infected. They let Medication orders expire without informing the family. Aides are extremely rough with personal cares and tease residents if they have an incontinence accident. They leave feces and vomit left on the floor with just a towel thrown over it. Aides and Nurses don't wear gloves or wear the same gloves from patient to patient, room to room. Staff seem very unhappy, over worked and never smiling or interacting nicely with residents.. very sad environment.
