He ended up being transferred to a skilled nursing facility, had multiple admissions to the hospital, and ended up passing away just before Christmas. \n\nThis patient absolutely refused to be admitted to a skilled nursing facility from acute rehab and American House would have been an ideal setting if he were more self motivated to improve. I would definitely use them again. The auto insurer was also very happy with the rates and services.
