Move in process was pretty easy and they were accommodating of our time frame of when we could move in. The meals are pretty decent, but they can change with each chef that gets hired (different styles and quality). Housekeeping is wonderful, the facility itself is always clean and organized. The weekly light cleanings in the apartments are fantastic and they do weekly or bi-weekly inspections to make sure everyone and everything stays clean and safe. Communications with the family is pretty relaxed since I usually visit the apartments 1x/week myself, but if there is an emergency or change\n with the facility notification is sent out (ie, phones went down and emails went out to all residents and their families to let them know).
