The \"head lady\" (as my dad affectionately refers to her as) treats all the residents like they are members of her own family. The driver has befriended my dad and always makes sure he has everything he needs whether it's a trip to the doctor, to Walmart or whenever he and his friends want to go out to a restaurant (as long as it's scheduled in advance if course). The med techs are consistent in delivering his medication per the doctors orders, there is a fitness facility where he can go exercise and where he can get physical therapy.
