I would ask about care conferences. I would ask what differences in food there is for someone who needs to have finger foods as opposed to those who need help eating. I would ask to see defined procedures for falls and injuries and violent interactions. I would ask them for the contact information for the assigned ombudsman.I picked. This place based on nearness to family members, referrerences, cost and willingness to answer my questions.
