The Arbor is a wonderful place for Seniors. It is CLEAN, well appointed, wonderful staff and residents seem very happy to be there. I felt it was secure and that residents are looked after well by staff. Laundry, Theater, coffee bars, reading library, dining hall are all very nice. Roseville commons is the most wonderful place to live. The staff is professional warm and friendly. The atmosphere when you enter the foyer is beautifully decorated and flea . The library fully stocked a variety of entertaining options. The rose room is where the action is particularly on Thursday’s with live entertainment and drinks- my favorite being Coronas. [Name removed] the maitre who has been there for 10 years, There is so many options to choose for brunch and dinner the residents do not know what to decide. Me I owned a restaurant so I know what I like. The meals are tastefully presented. Linens and all with great servers. [Name removed] is in tune to needs before they are even required. I love my apartment- all rooms have their own special attributes. [Name removed] the activities director is able to get all involved in the many activities. [Name removed] the driver who takes to doctor appoinments, errandsand shopping. He is the kindest person I have ever met. There are too many amenities to mention. Look up their website. Yes they do have each and everyone of those special offerings. [Name removed] the leasing agent is not pushy at all and is a warm hearted lady. [Name removed] the administrator makes sure the standards are all kept high. Our location is fabulous! Roseville square within walking distance, if yiu are not familiar with that shopping center look it up.. [Name removed] the everyday maintenance man takes care of all needs on site. Everything is clean, organized and above expectations.. I have been here 3 months and I hope I have not left anything out- oh yes the residents here are so sharp great conversationalist. Thank you for your time

The staff at Campus Commons were both friendly and professional. The facility is cheerfully decorated and well maintained. My only concern/ problem was tipping. It would be helpful if a monthly contribution could be made so the residents do not feel compelled to tip for every favor. This became a problem.

The feeling I got when I walked into Campus Commons was one of warmth, kindness, and light. The location is smack dab in the middle of Sacramento and the facility is so nice. I like that it’s so sunny and there are a lot of windows. My room is larger than a lot of other senior living places and it’s always comfortable temperature-wise. I even have a walk-in closet! The hallways are wide so people can pass by each other with no problem and they really pay attention to aesthetics, right down to the 3 separate water fountains within the community. The staff is absolutely wonderful. They all go out of their way to be more than helpful. They’re available, friendly, and competent. When I first moved in, I needed to have a few things moved around and they allowed me to use their equipment to do so. The food that’s made is a bit of a hit or miss. Sometimes the meal is very good and sometimes it’s adequate. They have a regular menu and they have weekly options. There’s quite a variety so you can pick and choose what you want, and they always have a salad bar. You can ask for anything you want, even if it’s not on any menu, and it’s up to them to decide if they have it or not. The whole facility is very clean. As far as my personal room is concerned, I have a guy that comes in on Sundays to make my bed, clean the bathroom, vacuum the rugs, and he cleans the kitchen sink. He’s a very friendly man so if you need his help while he’s there, he’ll help you. They have tons of activities and my favorites are the lectures from the Renaissance Society once a month. They have instrumental or vocal music offering at Happy Hour on Fridays, and they have bean-bag baseball, and exercise every day. There are also movie nights and a library – they have a bookmobile that comes around weekly where you can choose books from and I really like that. The facility is right across the street from a Raley's grocery and a CVR drugstore. At the rear is a view of the American River Bike Trail. All in all, for the price that I pay, I feel it’s a good value. Everyone is accommodated and taken care of. I would recommend this place!

I moved my Uncle [Removed] from San Mateo into Roseville Commons with his lil' puppy and both were welcomed with open arms. One would have thought the move would have been very difficult after leaving his home and friends that he had for years, but it wasn't. My Uncle [Removed] is deaf, even with a hearing device, but still mad many friends at Roseville Commons. The wonderful thing is you may choose to participate or not in the actives offered. The location is excellent with all the close restaurants, banks, food and clothing stores within scooter or walking distance. The real gem is the staff. They treat their residences with respect, dignity and truly care for them. They have so much patience with each and every residence. [Removed] was my go to girl, but ALL staff, from housekeeping, to dining room to front office were wonderful. If there is a concern for your loved one, they will call you. After five years at Roseville Commons my uncle needed more care and sadly I had to move him to residential care. Thank you Roseville Commons.

Everything seems to be going very well with my grandmother since her move to the community. The place is very clean and the staff is all very friendly. The food, for the most part, is very good but there are occasions when it could use some improvement. Other than that, we are happy ith our choice.

This is as near perfect as it gets. The staff is concerned about the residents and responsible to their needs and desires. The activities are good enough for there to be something for anyone who wants to be involved. The staff including the wait staff knows everyone by name and recognizes their needs. I am glad that I chose this place to live.

The staff here seems to be able to account for and handle every kind of problem that a person over 60 or 70 could happen upon. The base value is the totally helpful and friendly and giving staff who are "everyday ready" regardless of the situation. It takes a special kind of person to be hired into these staff jobs. They make all the difference!
